About the Role
We are looking for a Search Everywhere Optimisation Specialist who can help brands improve visibility across Google Search, AI-powered search platforms, and answer-led discovery channels.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO and focuses on improving discoverability across:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
The ideal candidate should understand how users search today through Google, AI tools, featured snippets, FAQs, and answer-based platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Audit & SEO Optimization
- Conduct website audits to identify SEO and structure issues
- Improve page structure, metadata, indexing, internal linking, and page hierarchy
- Optimize service pages and important landing pages
GEO & AEO Optimization
- Optimize content for AI search and answer engines
- Structure content around question-based search intent
- Improve FAQs, direct answers, headings, and content flow
Content Creation & Blog Strategy
- Create SEO-focused blogs for assigned clients
- Research educational and commercial search topics
- Improve discoverability and topical authority
Keyword & Topic Research
- Research high-intent keywords and search trends
- Identify customer pain points and content opportunities
- Support website optimization and content planning
On-Page SEO Improvements
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, and page copy
- Improve keyword placement naturally
- Enhance page relevance based on user intent
Content Structure & Clustering
- Improve readability and content formatting
- Create internal linking structures and content clusters
- Build authority around client services and industries
Monthly Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports with completed work, optimizations, blog updates, and recommendations
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Good English writing and editing skills
- Ability to research keywords and topics
- Understanding of search intent and content optimization
- Knowledge of blogs, headings, FAQs, and page structure
- Willingness to learn GEO and AEO strategies
- Basic understanding of website and on-page SEO
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Ubersuggest, or Search Console
- Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms
- Understanding of internal linking and content clustering
- Experience working with digital marketing or service-based brands
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
