- Edit and produce short-form Reels (15–90 sec) and long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, brand films) with platform-optimised pacing and hooks
- Apply branding consistently — colour grading, typography, logo placement, and brand tone across all deliverables
- Handle footage from shoots, drone, and user-generated sources; organise and manage raw media assets responsibly
- Add subtitles, captions, motion graphics, and sound design (music, SFX, voiceover sync)
- Collaborate with the content and strategy team to translate briefs into compelling video narratives
- Optimise exports for different platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn — correct resolutions, aspect ratios, and file specs
- Perform quality checks (QC) before delivery — no watermarks, no render glitches, no audio sync issues
- Maintain a structured folder system for project files, exports, and client archives
- Meet deadlines consistently without follow-ups; this is non-negotiable
- Stay updated on video trends, Reel formats, transitions, and viral content patterns
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory); DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-based video tools (CapCut AI, Runway, etc.) is an advantage
