Airspace Travel & Holidays is a fast-growing travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance, and corporate travel solutions. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare professional tour quotations and itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and destination partners.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing excellent customer service.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
- Process reservations for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel insurance.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and required travel documents.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and promotional offers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally before, during, and after travel.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tour Consultant or in the travel and tourism industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or IATA qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office and travel booking portals preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
