Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, maintain customer data, and ensure adherence to customer-specific processes and requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers regarding order requirements, status updates, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Operations and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and send Daily MIS (Management Information System) reports to customers.
- Maintain and update daily and monthly customer data records accurately.
- Thoroughly review and follow customer-specific SOB (Scope of Business) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues affecting customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer commitments and service-level requirements are met.
- Generate reports and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong coordination and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management) and Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations Coordination, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling MIS reporting and customer data management.
