Job Summary
Abhasa Rehab & Wellness is hiring an Executive – Client Relations to handle client enquiries, coordinate admissions, and support communication between clients and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend enquiry calls and walk-in enquiries
- Guide clients and families through the admission process
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams
- Maintain reports and client records
- Follow up with prospective clients
Qualifications
- MSW (Medical & Psychiatry)
- MBA (Marketing)
- Any relevant graduate/postgraduate degree
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and professional approach
- Team coordination and multitasking ability
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Language Requirements
- English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- Additional regional language is an advantage
