CSA Engineering is an Australian engineering company providing engineering design and drafting services for projects across Australia. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Design Manager to lead our design team and ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering design team.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and documentation.
- Allocate design work and monitor project progress.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of design projects.
- Coordinate with Australian Project Managers, engineers, and clients.
- Provide technical guidance to design engineers and drafters.
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian standards and project requirements.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Monitor team performance and workload.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Support recruitment and development of the design team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant engineering design experience, including leadership experience.
- Experience working on Australian engineering projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design, drawings, and documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant CAD/BIM/design software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
