We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Counselor to guide students on course selections, career pathways, and enrollment decisions. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, experience in education counseling, and a proven track record in achieving admissions targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp & emails.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate program information.
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Conduct counseling sessions, presentations, and participation in education events.
- Coordinate with the marketing & academic teams to improve lead flow and conversion.
- Prepare weekly & monthly admission reports and achieve set targets.
- Train and support junior counselors and assist the branch in achieving growth.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Academic / Career / Admission Counselor.
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to convert leads and handle targets professionally.
- Knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
