Job Summary:
Acro Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on generalist activities. As an HR Operations Generalist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support to the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to deliver effective HR services and maintain a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Communicate and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions based on company policies and legal requirements.
3. Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process by assisting managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
4. HR Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Generate HR reports and metrics for management and other stakeholders as required.
5. Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Support compensation and salary administration activities, including job evaluations and market research.
6. Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in audits and investigations related to HR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
