Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy International Sales Specialist to aggressively grow our global footprint. Unlike traditional export roles, this is a front-end sales position. You will be responsible for two core streams: identifying and appointing international distributors and selling directly to world-class hair transplant surgeons. Your goal is to get our instruments into the hands of the world’s leading clinics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct-to-Surgeon Sales (The "Clinical Hunter")
- Active Prospecting: Identify and reach out to top-tier Hair Transplant Surgeons and Dermatology Clinics globally via LinkedIn, industry directories, and professional networks.
- Clinical Consultation: Pitch the technical superiority of our instruments (e.g., FUE punches, motors) directly to doctors, focusing on improved graft yield and procedural speed.
- Demo Management: Coordinate virtual demos or international "trial" shipments to ensure surgeons experience the product quality firsthand.
2. International Distributor Management
- Channel Acquisition: Scout and onboard specialized medical distributors in untapped regions (CIS, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia).
- Volume Growth: Negotiate annual purchase commitments and ensure distributors are actively promoting our range in their local markets.
- KOL Collaboration: Build relationships with international "Key Opinion Leaders" to secure brand endorsements at global workshops.
3. Global Event Leadership
- Conference Management: Take charge of the company’s booth at international congresses (ISHRS, IMCAS, AMWC).
- Lead Conversion: Turn booth visitors—both doctors and potential agents—into active, buying accounts through rigorous post-event follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-value B2B sales or medical device sales. You must be comfortable asking for the order.
- Ability to quickly learn the nuances of hair restoration surgery to speak "the language of the surgeon."
- Expert at using Alibaba, Global Sources, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and qualify leads.
- Elite level of English (written and spoken). The ability to navigate cultural nuances and build rapport across borders is essential.
- Willingness to travel internationally for 1–2 weeks at a time and manage calls across various time zones.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
1. New Country Entry: Number of new international markets opened per year.
2. Direct Sales Volume: Revenue generated specifically from direct-to-doctor accounts.
3. Distributor Success: Growth in re-order frequency from appointed international partners.
