Role Overview
We are seeking aggressive, results-driven, and well-networked Freelance B2B Sales Consultants across India. Your primary mission is to identify and close monthly service retainers with traditional manufacturers, brand owners, and D2C startups looking to scale their marketplace presence.
This is a 100% freelance, performance-linked role with no fixed base salary. Instead, we offer an industry-leading recurring monthly commission model. If you close a client, you earn a percentage of that client’s retainer every single month they stay with Netchqs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Hunt for potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, local brands, and retail businesses) in your city or region.
- B2B Pitching & Consultative Selling: Connect with Founders, Directors, and CMOs to pitch Netchqs’ e-commerce management and digital advertising capabilities.
- Overcoming Objections: Address client concerns regarding online marketplace complexities, commission structures, and digital ad spends.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate and lock in monthly service contracts/retainers.
- Relationship Handover: Coordinate with the Netchqs operations team in Mumbai for smooth client onboarding after closing the contract.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Gifting, SaaS, or Digital Agency sales. (Prior experience selling E-commerce Account Management or Digital Marketing services is a major plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to speak confidently with business owners.
- Language: Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local regional business languages (e.g., Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu) is highly advantageous for regional markets.
- Mindset: Self-motivated entrepreneur who does not require micromanagement and thrives in an uncapped, commission-heavy environment.
Job Details & Compensation
- Position: Freelance B2B Sales Consultant
- Location: Remote / Pan-India (Field operations in your respective local city/manufacturing hubs)
- Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
- Expected Earning Range: ₹20,000 - ₹80,000+ per month (Realistic earning potential based entirely on your closures)
- Payout Structure: 15% to 20% Recurring Monthly Commission on the lifetime of the client's monthly retainer.
