Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, especially in the foundry, steel, metal, and manufacturing industries.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Visit customers regularly and promote the company's products and services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Good knowledge of the foundry industry is preferred.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM (preferred).
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate aged 30–40 years.
- Candidates with an existing network in the Gujarat industrial market and foundries will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
