Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Work on healthcare-related documentation and claim processing.
- Review and verify patient and insurance information.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
