We are looking for a hands-on Creative Content Director/Head/Lead to own end-to-end content strategy, production, and operations across our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate has run high-volume content engines — campaign, and social — at scale, and knows how to build repeatable systems (not just one-off creative) that keep quality consistent as output grows. This role requires strong content operations chops, experience integrating AI into content pipelines, and enough of a performance lens to know which content actually moves the needle.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production at Scale
- Own end-to-end content production for campaign, and social — from concept and briefing to shoot, post-production, and final QA
- Build and run high-volume content pipelines without compromising consistency or quality
- Develop scalable content systems and visual frameworks that work across formats
- Own the content calendar and ensure on-time delivery against daily/weekly/monthly targets
AI-Driven Content Operations
- Introduce and run AI-led content workflows (image generation, editing, tagging, automation) to cut production time and cost
- Continuously identify tools and process changes that improve turnaround time, throughput, and output quality
- Set up QA and governance so AI-assisted content still meets brand and quality standards
Brand Storytelling & Visual Identity
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across web, social, etc.
- Translate brand and campaign briefs into visual references, theme boards, and creative direction for on-set teams
Production & Vendor Management
- Plan and execute photo/video shoots that deliver against project goals and timelines
- Manage and scale relationships with external vendors, photographers, studios, and production partners on need basis
- Troubleshoot on-set and production issues in real time, balancing quality against deadlines
Performance Feedback Loop
- Use engagement, CTR, CVR, and conversion data to decide what content gets produced next
- Partner with performance marketing to understand what's working and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Report on content output, efficiency gains, and business impact to leadership
Requirements
- Experience in content production or creative direction
- Proven experience running high-volume content pipelines in D2C, e-commerce, fashion/beauty, or digital-first environments
- Track record of building scalable content systems and cutting production timelines through process/tooling changes
- Experience managing external vendor/agency relationships
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven content tools and workflows
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and/or equivalent design/production tools will be added advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
