Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing sales executives to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and overall showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales training programs for new and existing sales staff
- Train employees on automobile products, features, finance options, and customer service standards
- Develop and implement training materials, presentations, and learning activities
- Monitor sales team performance and identify training needs
- Conduct role plays, motivational sessions, and field coaching
- Ensure sales processes and company standards are followed across teams
- Coordinate with management to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction
- Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in automobile sales or sales training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of automotive sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to motivate and guide teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation
