The Commis Chef is an entry level kitchen professional responsible for assisting senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The role focuses on learning standard recipes, following SOPs, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.
Kitchen Operations
- Ensure mise-en-place is ready before service.
- Assist during peak service hours for timely order execution.
- Follow FIFO and basic inventory handling practices.
- Support bulk prep for cloud kitchen or commissary operations.
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow FSSAI hygiene and food safety norms.
- Proper storage of raw and cooked food.
- Assist in daily opening and closing kitchen procedures.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
