Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to monitor all gaming and operational activities within our poker club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of the club by observing live and recorded CCTV footage, identifying suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and reporting incidents promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage of gaming floors, entrances, cash handling areas, and other critical locations.
- Detect and report suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
- Ensure all poker games are conducted in accordance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor dealer conduct, player behavior, and cash/chip transactions.
- Investigate incidents by reviewing surveillance footage and preparing detailed reports.
- Maintain accurate surveillance logs and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with security, operations, and management teams during investigations.
- Preserve confidentiality of surveillance information and investigations.
- Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Assist management with compliance reviews and internal audits when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in surveillance, CCTV monitoring, casino, poker club, gaming, hospitality, or security operations.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Experience working with CCTV and video management systems.
- Ability to identify irregularities and prepare clear incident reports.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a casino, poker club, gaming, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of gaming operations and surveillance procedures.
- Certification in CCTV operations or security is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
