Required Service Advisor
Location : Ambali, Bopal
Job Description:
- Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
- Explain repair and maintenance work to customers.
- Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and service quotations.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts required for repairs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and service histories.
- Promote value-added services and annual maintenance packages.
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets and service-related goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an automobile dealership or service center is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
