Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to provide executive support to the Managing Director. The role involves managing a dynamic schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, liaising with political and business stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Personal Assistance
- Manage the Managing Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize schedules and ensure timely follow-ups on commitments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
Stakeholder & Public Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, community members, business associates, and political contacts.
- Coordinate meetings with local leaders, government officials, party representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on requests, grievances, and ongoing matters on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key contacts and ensure timely communication.
Political Coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating political meetings, public events, and constituency visits.
- Organize schedules for public interactions and community engagement.
- Track action items arising from meetings and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with volunteers, local representatives, and support staff as required.
Business Administration
- Coordinate administrative activities for the real estate and construction businesses.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and government offices.
- Track project updates, pending approvals, documentation, and deadlines.
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
Office Management
- Draft letters, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Monitor pending tasks and provide regular status updates.
- Assist in planning meetings, business events, and official functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Experience in political offices, government relations, real estate, construction, or corporate administration is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
