Position: QS / Billing Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: High-Rise Residential/Commercial Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills and Final Bills for contractors and subcontractors.
- Quantity take-off and measurement from drawings and site execution.
- Preparation of BOQ, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
- Monitoring project quantities, material reconciliation, and budget control.
- Coordination with site, planning, and procurement teams for billing and quantity-related activities.
- Maintaining billing records, work orders, and payment certifications.
- Assisting in variation claims, extra item analysis, and project cost tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in QS and Billing for high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
