Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Product Owner with 4–6 years of experience who can envision, build, and position products in the market. The ideal candidate will not only
drive Agile product development but also actively contribute to pre-sales, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and product-market fit analysis.
This role requires strong collaboration with engineering teams, hands-on experience with Jira, and a good understanding of AI-driven products or solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira
- Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality products
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery
Business & Strategy
- Identify product-market fit through research, feedback, and data analysis
- Contribute to and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Analyze product performance and recommend improvements
- Align product deliverables with business goals and customer needs
Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in pre-sales discussions, client demos, and sales calls
- Translate business requirements into scalable product features
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Present product capabilities effectively to clients and leadership
AI & Innovation Work on or support AI-powered products/solutions
- Understand AI/ML concepts, use cases, and integration possibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption in products
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira (backlog management, sprint planning, reporting)
- Proven ability to write user stories and manage product lifecycle
- Experience in client-facing roles (pre-sales, demos, or stakeholder management)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Exposure to AI/ML products or platforms
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience in product-based or SaaS companies
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
