The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workshop staff and allocate tasks effectively
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of machinery
- Maintain service quality standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with management and customers regarding service updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery/equipment maintenance
- Leadership and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
