Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer & Coordinator to support design development and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role requires a blend of creative skills and operational efficiency to manage design workflows and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development
- Assist in creating and developing design concepts and product ideas
- Work closely with senior designers to execute creative briefs
- Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and customer preferences
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and production teams for timely execution
- Track design progress and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Manage communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of designs, approvals, and production status
- Prepare reports on project timelines and updates
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Quality & Process Management
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and design sensibility
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in design tools/software (if applicable)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in design and coordination roles
- Background in jewelry / fashion / creative industry preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for design, creativity, and execution
