- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to group reporting.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and other SAP modules or external systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
