Job Description (JD)
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
- Maintain and update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client onboarding.
- Achieve lead generation and business development targets as assigned.
Job Requirements (JR)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
