- Machine operator salary- 500- 550 Rs. Per 8 HR.
A shearing machine operator’s responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating
- The operator sets up and operates the shearing machine to cut metal sheets or plates to specific dimensions.
- Adjusting settings
The operator adjusts the machine settings, such as the blade pressure, to achieve accurate cuts.The operator uses built-in gauges or templates to position stops and guides to set the length and angle of the cut.The operator uses a template or tap measure to lay out cutting lines on the metal.The operator uses a template, tape, or gauge to inspect the work.Shearing machines use a die and punch to apply shear stress to cut sheet metal, plates, and bars. The type of blade used, whether straight or rotatory, determines how the plate, sheet, or strip is sheared.
