Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, and space planning for commercial interior projects.
- Create detailed working drawings, including furniture layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling layouts, and flooring plans.
- Develop presentation drawings for client meetings.
- Coordinate with the 3D design team, project managers, and execution team.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and design files.
- Support site teams by providing technical drawings and design clarifications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of commercial interior design and space planning.
- Basic understanding of SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar design software is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of furniture, materials, and construction details.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
