Role description
Key responsibilities
- Conduct new user onboarding and refresher training for the Icertis CLM platform
- Provide UAT support, including test validation, defect tracking, and issue resolution
- Create, update, and maintain QRGs and user documentation
- Conduct Icertis platform/application demos for business stakeholders
- Provide ongoing functional support and address user queries
Required Skills
- Strong functional experience with Icertis CLM platform
- Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
- Experience in user training, UAT coordination, and documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly guides and demos
