Job Title: Foundry Technical Service Engineer ( Bentonite / Coal / Premix)
Location: Rajkot
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in foundry operations or related industries
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
In brief Key role is to support products: Coal, bentonite, premix by focusing on troubleshooting & support.
Conduct green sand analysis (mechanical and chemical properties)
Perform rejection and defect analysis in castings
Collect and analyze process and production data
Identify root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions
Communicate effectively with customers (local language preferred)
Implement and monitor trials of carbonaceous and bentonite products in foundries
Ensure timely follow-up and reporting of trial results
Must be able to travel locally; two-wheeler driving is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience working in a local foundry (lab or production/process role) with hands-on exposure to rejection analysis and lab testing
OR
Experience with suppliers of coal, bentonite, or premix in the local region

We are MNC company, presence in India since last 15 years supplying bentonite, coal and Premix to Foundry Industry across India as well as in Indian Market.
We are looking for an Technical person who can Provide on-site technical support to foundries by conducting sand and defect analysis, implementing product trials, and driving performance improvement of coal, bentonite, and premix applications.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
