We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Lead to manage end-to-end furniture projects from order confirmation through to successful installation and handover. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple furniture projects simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Conduct site visits, project meetings, and installation inspections.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Track project budgets, material utilisation, and overall project costs.
- Resolve client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and completion records.
- Ensure smooth project handover and obtain client sign-off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management within the furniture, interiors, fit-out, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and installation workflows.
- Experience managing commercial furniture or turnkey interior projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
