Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and client partnerships for recruitment services.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, references, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings for recruitment collaborations.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Achieve monthly business targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain CRM, client follow-ups, and business reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in recruitment/staffing business development.
- Knowledge of IT & Non-IT hiring processes.
- Ability to acquire clients independently.
- Good understanding of recruitment life cycle and staffing models.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing firms.
- Existing client network is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling permanent staffing or contract staffing clients.
