Ø Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Ø Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
Ø Follow communication “scripts” while handling different topics.
Ø Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Ø Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.
Ø Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by communicating the extra mile.
Ø Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Ø Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Ø Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
