The Quality Control (QC) Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and monitoring of production processes to maintain product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Ensure products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify and report quality defects and non-conformities.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Engineering departments to resolve quality concerns.
- Monitor quality performance and suggest improvement measures.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality procedures, and safety standards.
- Participate in internal audits and customer inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of machine operations and material handling processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
