- Leading and motivating a team to achieve performance targets
- Providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitoring team progress and providing feedback to team members
- Managing and resolving conflicts within the team
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, clients, and vendors
- Evaluating team performance and providing regular performance reviews
- Participating in the recruitment and training of new team members
- Should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
