We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive with a deep footprint in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors to sell our Pain Balm category products. Your primary goal is to build our market presence from the ground up by identifying high-potential distribution partners and assembling a "feet-on-the-street" sales force that delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Sales: Visit, Represent & Sell our products to each pharmacy and retail stores in the area
- Distribution Strategy: Identify, vet, and onboard Tier-1 and Tier-2 distributors across assigned territories to ensure maximum product availability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team (SRs/ASMs) to penetrate both retail (FMCG) and chemist (Pharma) channels.
- Market Expansion: Map out untapped territories and execute go-to-market strategies specifically for the topical analgesic/pain balm segment.
- Channel Management: Maintain strong relationships with stockists, wholesalers, and key retail accounts to ensure consistent secondary sales.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales reports, primary/secondary targets, and competitor activity to pivot strategies in real-time.
What You Bring to the Table
- Sector Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in FMCG or Pharma sales.
- Niche Knowledge: Proven track record in the Pain Balm or Ointment category is highly preferred.
- The Network: An existing rolodex of distributors and a deep understanding of the local supply chain.
- Drive: You don’t just manage a territory; you own it.
