Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–4 Years
Working: 6 days (Sunday fixed off and 2 alternate Saturdays off)
Timings: (10-7 / 11-8)
About The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to take complete ownership of the CricTracker website. You'll handle maintenance, bug fixes, performance, and new feature development — working directly with the CEO. No agency, no middleman. You own the site.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day maintenance and bug resolution across the CricTracker web platform
- Build and ship new features as the product evolves
- Develop performant frontends using Next.js with SSR/SSG as required
- Build and maintain backend services and GraphQL APIs using Node.js
- Work with MongoDB for data modelling, queries, and performance
- Integrate third-party APIs — live score feeds, ad networks, analytics tools
- Connect internal content systems to the CMS via GraphQL
- Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) to work efficiently and independently
- Flag issues proactively — you're the first and last line of defence on the website
Must Have
- Hands-on full stack development experience
- Next.js — SSR, SSG, dynamic routing, API routes (non-negotiable)
- React.js — hooks, component architecture, state management
- Node.js + GraphQL — schema design, resolvers, queries, mutations
- MongoDB — schema design, indexing, CRUD operations
- Git — clean commit habits, can read and navigate an existing codebase
- AI coding tools — Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent (mandatory)
Good to Have
- Experience on a high-traffic consumer website or media platform
- Familiarity with AWS — EC2, S3, basic deployments
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO
- Exposure to ad tech — Google Ad Manager / DFP
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work on challenging, impactful projects.
- Direct line to the CEO — fast decisions, no bureaucracy
- Full ownership of a platform doing 30M+ page views/month
- Collaborative, innovative work environment.
- Exposure to modern technologies and development practices.
- Career growth and learning opportunities.
