Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching prospects, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our sales and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and online platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Work closely with recruitment and business development teams to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research and data collection abilities.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is a plus.
