We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests in person and on phone, answer and direct inquiries to designated department.
· Maintain log books, including sign-in/out logs, front desk expenditures, and calls received.
· Pick up and sort daily incoming correspondence and deliver sorted mail to address.
· Develop and utilize effective filing and retrieval systems, and maintain office supplies by placing orders and evaluating new products.
· Calculated bills for services rendered and collected and processed customer payments and closing the accounts of company expensive on daily basis
· Balanced monthly vendor statements and closed monthly sales invoices
· Follow the interview candidates for first level of contact and scheduling them interview process
· Need to analysis the leads that generated in week and monthly basis
· Upload the leads in company TCRM and need to forwarded to sales team
· Inventory and Supply Management like Inward and Outward supply of courier Management
· Managing all stationary and other products, reviewing in monthly basis for in need of any requirements for it
- Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting the Information Security Management System.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Managing all office related visitors who came to meet MD
· Working on bank payments and other field work that MD wife asking to complete
· Collecting money for any birthday or some function from our employees to gift them
