The CRE will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, lead management, follow-ups and ensuring excellent customer experience for solar and EV charging station solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to solar rooftop & EV charging solutions.
- Manage and qualify leads generated through digital platforms, campaigns and referrals.
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for proposal sharing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales coordination / tele-calling (solar/EV preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of solar energy / EV charging is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
