Key Roles and Responsibilities – Supply Chain Coordinator
1. Fleet management, maintenance of vehicles-co-ordination with workshop/s and showrooms and keep records.
2. Statutory compliances related to vehicles and keep updated records.
3. Supply arrangements – assigning vehicles, drivers, salesmen and prepare log sheets.
4. Tracking and monitoring of vehicles movement and recording data.
5. Co-ordination of return loads.
6. Manage and resolve issues related to transportation on time.
7. Vehicle Spares and fuel cost monitoring
8. Maintain proper attendance records of employees assigned for logistics.
9. Schedule & conduct logistics meetings.
