We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor Intern to support our team in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in student counseling, lead management, and admissions operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in counseling prospective students regarding available courses, programs, and admission requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with student inquiries.
- Support the admissions team in lead generation and conversion activities.
- Schedule counseling sessions, webinars, and admission interviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and documentation.
- Track daily activities and prepare reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent listening skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; German languages is an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
