Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Salary Package: ₹4–6 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
12 months service agreement.
Final selected candidates will be on third-party Meraqui Ventures Pvt. ltd. payrolls and will work at Unistring Tech Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring drives.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), colleges, and recruitment consultancies for campus drives and corporate hiring.
Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, walk-ins, and hiring events.
Willing to travel across the country for campus drives, recruitment events, and hiring activities.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews.
Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
Prepare Job description for technical and non-technical fresher and lateral hiring.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment analytics.
Support employer branding and recruitment drives.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment documentation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Experience in technical hiring, preferably in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Defense, Aerospace, or Manufacturing domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship management skills with colleges and consultancies.
Hands-on experience with Ms office, Google sheets, PPT, ATS tools and Excel.
Good understanding of interview coordination and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
