Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our global business in Organic and Inorganic Chemicals. The candidate will be responsible for developing overseas markets, generating export sales, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new international customers and export markets.
- Handle inquiries from overseas clients.
- Promote Organic and Inorganic Chemical products globally.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up from international customers.
- Work closely with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies for smooth export operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (Written & Spoken)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of International Marketing & Export Sales
- Understanding of Incoterms, Export Documentation, LC, TT, Shipping, and Customs procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP software
- Customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Export Sales of Organic or Inorganic Chemicals
- Knowledge of global chemical markets
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Familiarity with platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ChemNet, ChemExpo, etc.
- Existing international customer network will be an added advantage
