Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for interior design services
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company services and project offerings
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales/design team
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Coordinate with interior designers and project teams
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred
- Basic knowledge of interior design services is an advantage
- Ability to manage follow-ups and customer data
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
