JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a reliable and skilled CCTV Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, DVR/NVR units, cabling, and related security equipment across client sites.

- HEAD OFFICE - 18th Main Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- WORKING SITE - Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Candidates residing in or near Tambaram are preferred for quick on-site response)
Experience
- 0 – 3 years (Freshers with relevant technical diplomas, ITI certificates, or field training are welcome to apply)
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on CCTV systems (Analog & IP cameras).
- Troubleshoot system faults, video signal loss, power supply failures, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, terminate, and test cabling (CAT6, Coaxial, BNC, and RJ45 connectors).
- Configure and calibrate DVR/NVR settings, storage hard drives, and mobile/remote viewing applications.
- Conduct site visits across nearby locations to assess hardware performance and recommend necessary upgrades.
- Document maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory accurately.
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of CCTV installation, wiring, and hardware maintenance.
- Basic understanding of IP networking (IP assignment, routers, LAN setup for camera feeds).
- Hands-on experience with tools (drills, crimping tools, multimeters, cable testers).
- Solid field troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with physical tasks, including working at heights (ladders) for camera adjustments.
- Basic electrical knowledge (DC power adapters, SMPS, surge protection).
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Hardware.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for local travel in and around Tambaram.
- Strong communication skills and professional field etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to service calls.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
