We are looking for a Google Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve business performance. This role is suitable for freshers with good knowledge of Google Ads and candidates with 6 months or more hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and write effective ad copies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids and budgets.
- Improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and landing pages.
Requirements:
- Fresher with good knowledge of Google Ads OR 6+ months experience in Google Ads management.
- Understanding of keywords, bidding strategies, and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
