Scope
- Acts as the General Manager of the BMC unit — single point of accountability for the smooth, day-to-day functioning of the entire business: all outlets, base kitchen, supply chain, manpower & commercial discipline.

Role summary
- Runs BMC like its General Manager — owns unit P&L, network performance, base kitchen output, customer experience, and team discipline. Whatever's needed for the unit to function smoothly every single day stops at this desk.
Key responsibilities
- Unit P&L — own revenue, food cost, labour cost & wastage for the entire unit
- Network operations — drive sales & service standards across all outlets (COCO + franchise)
- Base kitchen — ensure production planning, dispatch & cold-chain supply to every outlet without disruption
- SOPs & standards — own BMC SOPs, hygiene, FSSAI/ HACCP & customer experience standards across the unit
- Audits & quality — run scheduled & surprise audits on hygiene, billing, inventory & service
- Team & people — lead Area / Outlet / Kitchen Managers; coordinate with HR on hiring, training, attendance & discipline
- New launches — coordinate with the franchise team on outlet design, equipment, manpower, training & go-live
- Vendors & supply chain — manage key vendors, procurement, pricing & payment cycles
- Franchisee relations — first escalation point for franchisee operational issues
- Review daily MIS & present a weekly unit dashboard to the Founder
Routine
- Morning MIS & sales review → base kitchen dispatch check → outlet visits / audits → Area Manager & franchisee calls →resolve escalations → new-launch tracking → vendor & HR coordination → weekly P&L & unit review with Founder.
Required
- Graduate (Hotel Mgmt / MBA strongly preferred) · 8+ yrs in QSR / café / multi-outlet F&B · 3+ yrs as a GM / Unit Head / Cluster Head · strong P&L, food cost & wastage control · FSSAI/HACCP awareness · base-kitchen / commissary experience · fluent Hindi & English · own vehicle, willing to travel
