Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day customer accounts management.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
- Manage billing operations and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, and account statements.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to update account details.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Handle customer queries related to accounts and billing.
- Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance (preferred).
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial records.
