We are known for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and are seeking a motivated Google AdWords specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Optimize google my business listing and expert in running ads on GMB for optimizing local results.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify terms and phrases relevant to our services.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
Develop engaging ad copy and select visually appealing images or graphics for ad campaigns.
Utilize ad extensions such as site links, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and other analytics tools.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on improving click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and quality scores.
Conduct A/B testing on ad elements, including headlines, descriptions, and visuals, to refine campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure landing pages align with ad campaigns and provide a seamless user experience.
Manage budgets for campaigns and adjust bids as necessary to achieve performance goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, web development, design, and IT augmentation services.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the marketing team and management.
Candidate having knowledge on working with SEO will be an addon.

Qualification:

Experience: At least 2+ year of prior experience in generating leads via Google adwords for IT development, UI UX design projects & IT augmentation services
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions such as website and app development, custom software, and UI/UX design.
