Job Summary
Rathi Build Mart is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Electrical Engineer to manage the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and technical support of solar power systems. The candidate should have a strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical components, and renewable energy solutions while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Typical responsibilities in similar roles include PV system design, commissioning, electrical calculations, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review solar PV electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Conduct site surveys and technical feasibility assessments.
- Prepare electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems.
- Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables, and protection systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical issues related to solar systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers.
- Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, and commissioning records.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Certification in Solar PV or Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
