Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Female Trainer with strong knowledge of Bathroom/Sanitaryware Manufacturing and all major departments to train new joiners and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* New Joiner *Induction & Process Training*
* Training of existing employees & *Refresher Training*
* Knowledge of *Production, Quality, Assembly, Finishing, Packing, Stores & Safety*
* Strong knowledge of *SOP, Work Instructions, 5S & Quality Standards*
* Shop-floor *Practical Training & Demonstration*
* Employee *Skill Assessment & Evaluation*
* Training Calendar, Attendance & *Training Records*
* Identify *Skill Gaps* and prepare improvement plans
* Good *Communication, Presentation & Training Skills*
* Ability to explain manufacturing processes in a *simple & practical manner*
* Coordination with *HR, Production & Quality teams*
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
